Losing Belly Fat


Everyone knows the hardest thing to do is lose that belly. When we go to the beach the first thing we see when we look down is not the beautiful sand, it is our patch of belly hair sticking out from our protruding belly. Well never fear!! I am going to give you three tips on losing that unsightly belly.

Step 1:Know what kind of guy you are 
The guy I am talking about is not the guy who opens doors for the ladies. The thing I want you to know about is are you small, medium, or large. Are you carrying a lot of fat, a little fat, or are you in between?

The second place you can go is https://goo.gl/ByomnLThis site gives you a very crude idea of  your body fat percentage.

Third, you can just pick a weight you want to be. Then get down to that weight. Remember two pounds a week is a solid weight loss goal.

Step 2: Find a diet you can live with
Personally, I think the ketosis diet is the easiest. This diet consists of not eating more than 30 to 50 grams of carbohydrates a day. Carbs are usually anything that is white. For instance, bread, sugar, and rice are all carbohydrates. If you can go without carbs then the ketosis diet is for you.



If you are a person who has trouble not eating carbs then you can always do the opposite which is low fat. In this diet you would stick to lean meats like fish and chicken breast. You would still have to say away from pastries and doughnuts but you would still get to eat rice, bread, and potatoes.



Step 3: As in everything you do, don't quit
This phrase is so simple but yet so hard. If you search YouTube you will find it hard to find someones whole journey with weight loss. Don't have time to go on YouTube then ask skinny friends if they were ever fat and got skinny, it is hard to find those to. You can be one, just don't quit.

So there it is three tips to lose your belly. Just follow one of these diets until your belly is gone. Remember, your BELLY is that last thing to go.
